Waterfront Properties & Country Homes has been in existence since 1981. Located on the road leading to the beach in Charlestown, its excellent location and professional service has made the company a leader in beachfront and summer home sales in the area. Waterfront Properties extended its inventory to country homes and year round properties as well as investment, commercial, new construction and rentals.
Our office is open seven days a week. We are a member of The National Association of Realtors and the Washingston/Kent County Board of Realtors and local Chambers of Commerce. The central location of our office attracts serious buyers of both beach and year round properties and we have numerous walk-in customers. We are a computerized office and all listings are on the Internet through the Multiple Listing Service, our web page and virtual tours, giving us worldwide exposure.

Directions to our office:
From the South: I-95 North to exit 92 in Connecticut. Right turn after leaving the highway onto Rte. 2. Follow Rte. 2 to Rte. 78. Take Rte. 78 East for about 4 miles to Rte. 1 North for about 12 miles to Charlestown Beach Exit. Look for Phil and Ann’s Sunset Motel just after Cross Mills exit. Stay straight on Exit Road, Narrow Lane. At second stop sign take a left on Schoolhouse Road. Waterfront Properties and Country Homes is the second building on the left (brown A-frame building).
From the North: I-95 South to Exit 9 (Rte. 4 South joining in about 6 miles with Rte. 1 South). Continue about 20 miles to Charlestown Beach exit (look for Phil & Ann’s Sunset Motel on northbound side of Rte. 1). At second stop sign take a left on Schoolhouse Road. Waterfront Properties and Country Homes is the second building on the left (brown A-frame building).
